And now I have burning sensation in eye from last day
It happens to me whenever I Eat pitta(heat) increasing foods
I noticed I lack excitement (that fire) in life
And in just 2 days I feel so energetic
But what to do about these eyes ??
How to direct that fire to other body parts?
Or redistribute it throughout the body
