A friend of my family is Russian and knows the country very well. She told us that the Chechen regions have laws that differs from the mainland russian laws and that they ara Islamic. Some of his friends once put themselves in danger by smoking cigarettes in their territory and by not wearing appropriate clothes. What do you think about this?
