sensing things

I have been a satainist for a while and worked on myself on and off one thing I'm having trouble with is feeling things like energy. I can be in front of a god and am not able to sense their energy but I walk around and during my daily life I get prickles on the back of my neck like I just walked thru a ghost any advise would be appreciated.

Inconsistency in meditation will undo any progress you may have made and send you back to square one. That is why feeling energy is difficult. You need to meditate every day without skipping a day even if you get busy. You need to schedule your life around your meditations, not the other way around.
