Alot of us cannot do this accurately yet but sometimes can get glimpses. You have to work on it consistently and empower it after you open it and keep it clean. It is also important to work on any hangups and biases you have first that may cloud and corrupt the truth of what you might see. This on its own makes cleaning the aura and soul fully essential in foresight or in any divination endeavors at all let alone communication with the Gods

Eventually you will see images, people, places, etc. Like a mini-movie playing in your mind.

Relax, and don't force the images to come. Just let them come. Just be super relaxed, don't expect anything, and let them come. They usually do. If they don't, it doesn't mean you failed, just try again later.

This is what worked for me, anyways. Even the slightest expectation of seeing something, that meant I wasn't fully relaxed.

For me, most premonitions appear in dreams, fragmented and non-sensical until they happen. You need to ask yourself if you truly want to see these kinds of things. People tell you not to open your third eye until you are ready for a reason. For example, you might see the cause of death of somebody and not know it until it happens. You might see a friend realising you were a decent person, long after you've told them to fuck off. It is a bittersweet and nearly always useless gift. For the future can always change, but sometimes, there is nothing you can do anyway, since it won't make sense (so you can't warn people) until it happens. Or you can try to warn people, they laugh at you and call you crazy, just like in the movies. As morbid as this sounds, the only truly good preminatory dream I have ever had, was about death. I do not know why it is this way, or why I have this "gift", but take my words as you will.

By consistent practice and meditation each day. Meditation on third eye each day or doing stuff where you are visualizing things every day. Focus on it.

Eventually you may be able to sense things about the future in you or other people if you care too it will take consistent practice. It will kind of come to you. The way it happens and methods used are probably individual but it will be something you personally understand as the future. Using some vibration or meditation on the third eye or yoga asnas related to the 6th chakra/3rd eye is helpful to do each day. If not done consistently you will lose any progress until you reach a point of it permanently being open.
