"Well-regulated"? So the jew is trying to get around it by making the regulations very-much unwell? It specifies "well-regulated", so once it is not regulated well - i.e. it is regulated stupidly - then it no longer applies and can be circumvented or scrapped/repealed?

This law is yet another stupid shit of an already stupid shit. No I'm not against 2A IF anything I'm 2A up the ass.

What we need to do is make a supermandate. Any and all gun laws that restrict guns is to be banned.

No more NFA, no more serial numbers, no more of anything. All guns no matter how small or big no matter how homebuilt or professionally made by a company. Everything, hell in certain parts of this country hand-grenades are allowed.

We need 2AU, 2nd Amendment Unlimited. The only limitations the only gun restrictions we should have are like Tim Pool said.

If 1A is suppressed it's a violation of the main charter. But unless the law has an oddly placed wording, a judge can always throw it back and state I want this law emplaced and spread across the U.S. but change the words in this area and improve it and I'll judge it through. IF you expand 1A it is not unconstitutional unless the wording is a bit odd or improper or needs improvement.

For example POPSA, Privately-Owned Public Spaces Act. A Private area with town square properties. Good fully good on 1A.

We need the same for 2A no more restrictions no more limitations. No more limitations of limiting citizens to semi-auto. We need multi-matic weapons Semi, 2 or 3 R-Burst, Fullmatic. We need military weapons in the hands of people.

We need force multiplication act like a FASACA. Fire Arms Standardization and Classifications Act to improve Gun rights for citizens and companies to manufacture and design new weapons. Look at a Winchester Rifle chambered in pistol munition like the old 45-1840. It's a PCC a Winchester in modern day with a pistol caliber projectile would be classified as a Pistol-Caliber Carbine. We need a law that states the only mandatory thing is naming the weapon and a name code for easier manufacturer's classification.

And any other law that force multiplies the 2nd Amendment. Leave it at Unlimited 2A except extreme destructive weapons like a nuclear device or biohazard weapon. And those are already Govt protected.

And just let everyone have unlimited carry. No limits no laws no nothing 2A and that is it. IF anything like I said laws that improve gun rights.

In America most gun rights are protected in most states. Only in blue places and blue cities are guns limited.

So the second amendment is not for ''second rate'' civilians anymore? what about all of the other laws, will they get scrapped as well now? Nahh when jews tell you to bend over and get fucked by them you better do it because that is the ''law'', but actual laws that protect and serve real people are to be ignored when jews demand it.

The founding fathers directly allowed regular citizens to own war ships outfitted with tens of cannons on both sides. Which at that time in history, this was the most dangerous weapon in the entire world. It was not uncommon that just one of these war ships could destroy entire coastal towns so that nothing is left. And there was no restriction of who can own this. There really is no difference between this, and a person in modern time owning a tank, or even a fighter jet. Accounting for the technology of the times, both were equally effective. There never was any difference between what anybody is allowed to use to defend themselves, compared with what the military had.


Also the definition of "regulated" in the 2nd amendment does not mean limited or restricted. It was a different definition that was commonly used in that time, that meant outfitted or equipped. What they were saying was they wanted the militias of each town to have all of the equipment, supplies, and weapons that they need in order to successfully be able to defend themselves and their people.

This was before police or firefighters existed. Actually nearly the entire reason why women didn't vote is because the right to vote was directly tied to bucket duty, which means whenever there is a fire every man in town has to go running with buckets of water until they put the fire out one bucket at a time, and women did not want the responsibility of having to do bucket duty. There was no fire department or fire truck to take care of it for you.

In a similar way, there was no local police, no state police, and no national guard. So if there ever was anybody in danger, it is all of the men in town who had to work to defend the people. This is what a militia is, the act of men defending their families and defending their town.


In United Kingdom they like to brag about having less number of people who get shot. But what they don't like to brag about is how they have an epidemic of people being stabbed to death instead. Even the police there have no ability to defend themselves or to defend anybody else. There have been mass-stabbing events where 20 or 30 people have all been stabbed to death, and the police were just standing there like an asshole with no ability to do anything. When they get close enough to hit the guy with the little rubber stick they carry, the guy is also close enough to stab them. They also have muslims running around melting people's faces off with acid.



The same people who want Americans to be defenseless lemmings with no ability to save the lives of their families, are the same people who said nothing about Obama authorizing FBI operation Fast and Furious where they gave hundreds of millions of dollars of guns directly to the Cartels. The excuse was "we will track and watch where they go to see where the cartels are." Except they forgot to do the part where they track anything, and the only thing that happened was the cartels received millions of free guns. Many of these have crossed back over the border and been used to murder Border Patrol agents.

They also don't care about Biden giving more than 30 Billion dollars of weapons directly to the Taliban. Aren't they terrorists? Why would we give them 30 Billion dollars worth of the highest technology weapons and technology that America has? All of our secret technology, stealth helicopters, fighter jets, tanks, rocket launchers, and anything else you can imagine. Handed directly to the Taliban for free. Which  then was immediately given directly to China and Russia, so we are going to lose WW3 after giving all of our secret technology to our enemies.

Taliban received more than 600,000 American rifles which most of them were M4s, but also  heavy machine guns like M240s and M249s. And all kinds of rocket launchers and artillery.

The M4 rifle that Biden gave Taliban 600,000 of is an automatic machine gun, it is a short barreled rifle, and it has a sound supressor. And many of them also have 40mm grenade launchers mounted under the barrel, which is a Class 3 Destructive Device. Each of these 4 features are Class 3 NFA items which are extremely highly illegal in America. It is possible to be allowed to have one of these features, but you would need to go through years of applications for special permits, background checks, and if you are finally approved then pay for a $200 tax stamp, but most people are not approved and the applications often take several years. The application is faster and more likely to be approved for supressors than the other 3 features, because these are more common, and supressors are allowed in Texas for Texas residents with no special permits as long as the supressor was made in Texas. But basically outside of Texas these permits are extremely rare. And the M4 with attached 40mm launcher would need to go through this entire process 4 seperate times for 4 seperate tax stamps for each feature.

Actually the NFA completely bans anybody from owning any machine gun manufactered more recently than 1986, so the M4 would still be impossible to get because it was made after 1986. The entire process I described would only give somebody permission to own one old worn out broken shitty machine gun.


But the Taliban's 600,000 new M4 rifles are so many that they don't know what to do with them, and they were selling them for the equivalent price of $5 each in American dollars. You could almost buy 3 of them for a price of a nice cappuccino or 2. It would be impossible for any American to have that rifle, but a Taliban or isis terrorist is allowed to have it for only $5. In America, just the NFA tax stamps would be $800 and that isn't even counting the several thousands of dollars more for the rifle.

And if you think none of the muslim immigrants flooding into Europe are bringing any of those weapons with them, you'd have to be retarded. For years there have been mosques uncovered in Europe filled with AK47s, AK74s, RPG7s and grenades. And that was back years ago before they received $30 Billion in new weapons.



Ask yourself why is it always about making regular citizens absolutely defenceless with no ability to keep their families alive.

But when it comes to Cartels, or Taliban, or Isis, our own governments are supplying them with weapons by the millions and billions.
