Hissing sound in between S and Z sound. Ow like in the word "out" then low like the word "low."


I also like to say it like sovelo.
SSZZ OOHH VEH LOW

Hiss sound in between S and Z. OH like in word "hello." V is more gentle like in between V and W. EH like the E in the end of "forget" And low like word "low." I made "veh" bold because that part is very strong into the 3rd chakra. With all the sounds, I use my diaphram to push the breath upward. It was described on one of the pages on JOS breathing with the diaphram like this.


I use both of these versions equally as often. They both are very strong. I might like Sovelo better, but I use both because they work a little bit differently.
