People who want to have a 'satanic' feel to their computers may want to try::

http://www.ubuntusatanic.org

You can either download a copy of the ISO, burn it to a CD and install it on its own. Or you could download Karmic Koala ISO (Ubuntu 9.10) from http://www.ubuntu.com and then install the Satanic Edition Theme from the above mentioned site. I found the pack quite cool.

If you are using windows, you can download the Karmic Koala ISO (Ubuntu 9.10) and **INSTALL UBUNTU INSIDE WINDOWS** from the choices given when you insert the burnt CD. Try and get a feel for it, and migrate if you like.

Warning for Windows Users: If you try to install using the "Guided" option, your HDD will be formatted and you will loose all data! So, either use the "manual" option or "install inside windows" option.

Enjoy!

I do not want to post a very long "Linux: why and why not?" on this post. I will just include the key points.

Why?

- Virus free (say bye bye to all Anti-Viruses that you would require under windows)

- Free (of cost, and mix and match as much as you want to. You can also order a FREE CD from http://shipit.ubuntu.com )

- From Ubuntu 9.10, there's a "Software Center" inside Ubuntu, which is really easy to use and has some AMAZING softwares.

- Most drivers are pre-installed

- Hassle-free upgrades

- Minimal Crashes, Much more secure than Windows

- Comes with all the pre-installed utilities that a normal user would require (Office Package, Firefox Browser, about 20 games, Empathy Multi-protocol messenger; to name a few)

Why NOT?

- Installing the very few drivers that Ubuntu requires (very infrequent case) can be difficult

- Windows softwares do not run on Linux (you need to find alternative Linux packages - but the software center will make this easy). You can run most games (including Warcraft III) using WINE

Please note that Ubuntu is not the only Linux available. There are a lot others, but Ubuntu is one of the most popular, most use friendly and most supported (with a forum of over 1 mil. users). And as far as I know of,Satanic Theme is only available on Ubuntu (and Kubuntu - a variation of Ubuntu).
