good morning to all . i have a question about RTR'S. when i am doing it and i have to do the energy raise by vibrating satana's towards the end before i state the affirmations.  i go to state the affirmations while doing them i notice my voice gets really deep much deeper than my normal speaking voice . has anyone else had this happen to them? is this a normal thing?

It's normal, I have this too sometimes specifically when stating the affirmations. 

It feels like the anger against the enemy that lies deep within the soul comes out and adds more power to my voice when stating the affirmations, which is probably the cause of it.
