You're overcomplicating this.

Generally it appears a lot of SS are encountering an issue where they are worried about doing vibrations and so on in the perfect manner, and all the spiritual disciplines. This also includes about the latest Rituals and so on. So let me clarify.

Perfection will come with knowledge, training, time and experience. One must not worry about this too much, but try to be within the "correct" region of the techniques as these are described. This region is large and there is a lot of tolerance, especially when it comes to personal meditations.

She uses like the middle/back part of the tongue and not the front of it for the S. Doesn't matter much.

Just repeating a mantra with the names of the gods protects you. If you want to be more specific, in Vedic culture there are the so called “kavacham” literally "divine armor", they are long mantras by which a specific deity is asked to protect every part of the body and to grant specific blessings, they are very efficient in my experience, maybe it request 10 minutes but is very efficient,

The other theorie that I think to be true is that when you vibrate a mantra it just change the vibration of the energy where you focus it so it becomes the energy of the mantra.
Besides, if you would draw energy from the sun directly (with a mantra), this can also lead to exhaustion, and can be limited by the abilities of your own soul.
It can also be true that when you chant something the etheric element in your soul becomes the energy of the mantra. So maybe when you feel that you are low on energy when vibrating a mantra, you can invoke akasha?

Thank for AUM SURYAE mantra. I definitely feel a strong buzz with this one. With no trance. At 36 reps its strong, then at 54 it is really strong buzz.

I think anyone who doesn't believe in spirituality should be made to chant AUM SURYAE and then they will start to feel weird tingling effects and wonder what is going on

Hi brother,

I have a pinched nerve. However I don't think the nerve itself is damaged. Otherwise it would be paining nonstop. I think my my muscles are imbalanced or something, so when I walk for a while, my muscles graze against the sciatic nerve causing irritation. So I haven't done a healing working, perhaps because there is nothing to "heal". Kind of like how bad posture causes pain, but healing won't solve the issue.

Are you certain that Mars square can protect me physically? What do you think of the following affirmation?
"My physical body is protected from harm and pain in a happy way for me" -> Would this work in your opinion? Please answer fast, next week is coming soon, this Tuesday I will 100% complete it.

I like it because, it doesn't just cover my pinched nerve issue, but protects me as a whole, from any and all material attacks.
