Not a single person here cares if you say that you have no ability to focus, because nearly every single one of us started in the exact same place that you are in now. You are not any worse than many of us have been.TopoftheAbyss said:.....
The advice for you to do void meditation is valid. And every excuse you try to make about not being able to do void meditation, it is absolute bullshit and nothing but excuses. The fact is that probably 95% of all people here were not able to do void meditation when they first tried it, and you are not any worse than any of us were. The only difference is that all of them actually worked at it. They kept trying and kept practicing until they could do it. Instead of trying, you just instantly give up and refuse to put in any effort.
I know the way you react to things, and I know you are just going to write some reply just dismissing all of this and ignoring it all, maybe calling me stupid, and then you are just going to go on continuing to do absolutely nothing. And then wondering and complaining why you have never gotten anywhere.
Do not reply to me. Do not say anything. I mean do not reply in any way for as long as you continue not putting in any effort and not making any attempt. If you will spend a week or 2 actually putting in a genuine attempt every day at void meditation, then you can reply to me and say how it went.
The first day, you may not be able to do it. Then the second day, maybe you can do 15 or 20 seconds. Then the 3rd day, maybe 30 seconds. As long as you build up to being able to do a few seconds every day, you will advance and you will get better. Then after 2 weeks, I bet you will be up to a minute. If you can do a minute every day, you are perfectly fine. That means you will continue to be able to do more.
And please calmly reread this comment as many times as you need to for you to actually understand everything I am saying. I do not want you to just skip over this and ignore it.
