Rune working for awareness: Help me out.

Hello, future Heroes of the gods.
Im in need of help of those more experienced with rune working, Im thinking of a working, protagonized by EHWAZ, but also including Lögr, Perthro and Dagaz, with the main objetive of becoming more aware on the energies, the auras, my own chakras, and my spiritual feelings and introspection.

I need the ideal number of repetitions, since they are many, and I dont know what are the specific numbers for each, the only number I have found is 2 for Uruz .

Also if someone has any good ideas for the affirmations are welcomed.

For pure sensitivity, Laguz is best. Dagaz relates to revelation and similarly aids this, although this can be split with a mental component. Perthro is somewhat related, but pertains more to cause and effect, like judging outcomes or probability.

As for as Ehwaz, did you mean to say Eihwaz? There is a big difference: Ehwaz is similar to Mercury, whereas Eihwaz is similar to Pluto. Eihwaz aids manifestations and transformations, giving the will (and sensitivity) required to create realizations/creations into reality.

As for the number, you could use 10 or 40 of each. Working with 3+ runes can complicate the numbers, as otherwise you would just go with the number of the rune itself. If you had two runes, you could probably multiply them together, but this is not so easy with 3 or more.

As for affirmations, you have already written this yourself: "becoming more aware on the energies [of my soul and feelings]" or something like that. You already have this idea in your head of what you want, you just need to write it into a phrase that you are comfortable focusing on.

Ups, my bad, I may have mixed up something. My experience with runes is cero, good Thing I asked, Brother, how did you gain Such an insight of the energies of the runes and similarities to the planets?

So, The best is just Laguz, and maybe Eihwaz? Then an specific number can be chanted right?
