In the previous thread I was mentioning words usage and the importance of their propriety. I am therefore giving ideas as to what could have been placed as the rule no. 0

No, I'm NOT saying "do not ask questions at all" as this would oppose
the very idea of the e-group's existence. This should put some pressure on the newbs to be more considerate - thus the maturity level of the e-group could hopefully 'slightly' rise.
I'm trying to make it short and to the point with the use of 'please' and 'kind'.
A level-headed newbie will surely, after some time, nad provided he or she is reflective, understand the rule is designed to hasten their progress by encouraging self-study.
