Hello. Qliphotic breathing, reverse breathing, what is it used for? What should you watch out for? What does such breathing give you, all information about this breathing technique. Please provide information
Thank you

The Qlippoth is Jewish Kabbalah and extremely dangerous to practice. The Qlippoth represents fragmented, chaotic or negative aspects of existence, often described as shells or husks that conceal divine light. This means to conceal the chakras and destroy the divine light of the spirit. Frequent engagement can destabilize your psyche and soul for the worst. You can read more about it here: Qlippothic Kabbalah.

Now, reverse breathing is extremely different and is very beneficial. Reverse breathing, also known as Taoist Breathing or Inverse Breathing helps focus the mind and synchronize the body and breath for deeper meditation. This is a technique where the natural movement of the abdomen during inhalation and exhalation is consciously reversed, or doing certain breaths in reverse. This will redirect energy in the body, stimulate the life force, and stimulate other areas of the soul and nadis by empowering and balancing them.

Do you see the difference? Whenever the Jews sink their claws into anything, the corruption can be utterly disastrous if followed. In contrast, the teachings of our Gods uplift and elevate us in every aspect of life.

Hail Satan!!!
