Returning the curses

I have been on this path for a little over a year now… I haven’t gone a single day without meditating and I have done everything in the beginner meditations and now am doing most in the intermediate.

I recently saw in a thread from someone asking when the perfect time to get to know their GD is and a fellow member said as soon as you have returned the curses.

I have done all the beginner meditations, but I’ve never thought I had a curse on me so I had never opened that section “Returning Curses Pt I & II. Is it necessary for us all to be doing this as part of our daily meditations or only when one is surrounded by andrapods?

Should I add this to my daily routine if so, or only when the moon is waxing and not in Void of Course?

I appreciate your answers in advance.

I do this every day by vibrating a solar mantra to enhance the sphere of light. Do it according to your needs. You can start this Saturday on the occasion of the Witches' Sabbath. Out of the Moon void.

Returning curses 1 & 2 are cleaning and aura of protection meditations that are mandatory for advancement. I hope you have tried and used other similar methods, if not these two because they are essential, even when you think you do not have curses. Actually, it is improbable that you would not have some form of astral dross on you, be it curses or otherwise. If you decide to use those methods, please follow the instructions on the respective web pages; they should cover most of the instructions on when to start. You can use the Satanic Calendar to look for an optimal starting time for the aura of protection meditation if you want to further boost its efficacy.

Thank you for the help. I have always done Aura Cleaning and Aura of Protection as part of my daily meditations just not with these.. but I have always done at least that as well as chakra spinning and void meditation at least twice a day….

No, it is simply a beginner-friendly, ready-made formula for cleaning and protection. The AoP date on the calendar can be used to start any type of AoP you wish. The same goes for other dates, those are simply optimal dates for certain activities. If you wish to do two simultaneous AoPs, go ahead; it is up to your discernment.

Also, and if I could, I would add this to the beginners category of meditations. I have mentioned this before here and people mostly ignore it.
I call it the "AUM SWING":
You start at the crown chakra, and whilst chanting AAA-UUUUUU-MMM you direct it slowly down the chakras along the spine and finish it at the base chakra. You then direct it back up to the crown chakra again. Do this back and forth at least 10x (I sometimes do it 50x). As you do it you can gradually feel the energy increasing. This energizes the chakras - you can really feel it!!

AUM is the ancient Egyptian God Amon Ra.
AUM means AU, which is gold on the periodic table. It signifies turning the base metals of the chakras into gold when raising the serpent and doing the Magnum Opus. The chakras is code for Gods, and King of the Gods is the Solar Plexus chakra.

The Chakras
