Im just going to say this in case nobody ever gets to you. Im sure someone can guide you with great efficency, but Im not that person.

Id recommend the 40 day program which can be found under the hells army section of the JOS if I remember correctly. Beyond that, Id recommend over the power meditations and eventually the witchcraft section. You're going to want to open your chakras, increase sensitivity and your ability to direct energy, create aura of protection and then asap start to raise the kundalini. Raising the kundalini is a very long process that I havent even finished myself yet, youll have to seek guidance regarding this from the HPs or others who have completed it. From my personal experience, Ive found that youll need to conduct a lot of experiments to figure out what exactly your own problems are, or request an experienced person to "diagnose" you for blockages or other issues.
