Regarding 3rd eye

I have been working on opening my 3rd eye. My GD said that apparently i was a satanist in my past lives but in the one before this one i was taken by enemy and my eye was sealed shut. i don't seem to be able to get it open, today my GD did something to it but i am still not sure.
 Is there anything i could do to work on my 3rd eye apart from the 3rd eye opening exercise?
Or is there something i need to do before i can open the 3rd eye again?

It is opening. Keep working on opening all other chakras and create the flow of energy. If it still seems like it isn't opening then you should try stimulating the pineal gland. Try to stay away from junk food, for it will break down the use of your pineal gland (shit like fluoride and MSG)

Thanks I think i have opened it i have begun to open the rest of my chakra points. I don't eat junk food at all i am very sporty and I keep my diet as best as possible.
