hello all,
i decided to update my power meditation program since id felt my
previous one wasnt as effective as it initially was some time ago, and
i wound up discussing ideas with my demon spouse and did the following
in the order as listed below:
*Cobra breaths (3 rounds)
*philosophers stone empower& circulate through entire soul (2 rounds;
empower the stone, circulate through all chakras, third eye+ ida,
pingala, sushumna--that is 1 round altogether)
*king&queen meditation (i will give link somewhere below, it worked on
my device but if broken on yours i apologize, shouldn't be though)
i did all of the above listed and by the time i finished all of it i
was literally loaded with power/energy. the reason for my doing lower
rounds on cobra breath+stone work should be obvious but for those who
are confused doing just a few rounds with both those is EXTREMELY
powerful, especially once you do king&queen meditation immediately
afterwards, i did this 10+ minutes ago and still feel the energy from
all the above very strongly. i suggest starting with less rounds on
those until you know for sure you can handle more or you're advised by
a demon/demoness, simply the stone's creation itself is also very
strong despite the task being rather simple provided youre strong and
advanced enough to do it, of course you will adjust with time
persistence and patience but never forget more isnt always better with
this sort of thing, as my demon taught me start small then work your
way to higher numbers of rounds as you adjust and advance, if you
overwhelm yourself/your soul isnt able to handle the amount of energy
raised very well ive found personally that it can affect you
physically and be very uncomfortable so proceed carefully.
CAUTION: the above program is EXTREMELY powerful when done in the
listed order, again i did only a few rounds on cobra breaths+ stone
work and the power was so immense following the completion of the
whole program i feel the energy as i speak, just be aware of this and
as i often say mentally "know thyself", which is very important in
many things but especially crucial when doing spiritual work, from me
personally
