Greetings
Got something today , maybe most of the family knows it, but am excited to share it with the others.Today i was feeling low energy wise, on a scale of 1 to 10 it would be a 0 or 1 max. Then i was shown to do 3 exercises. Before that I had to do some stretching. With my palms flat i bent forward as much as i could(No i was not touching the ground)held it to a count of 5, then with my hands on my hips bent backwards as much as i could comfortably(remember do not overstretch) held it for a count of 5. This constituted 1 round. I did 5 of these.
Then i did
1) The shoulder stand for about 1 min to 1 min 15 secs.

2) Then i did the plow for about 1 min 30 secs. My feet was not touching the ground behind my head i bent as much as i could.

3) I did the crab for around 1 min 15 secs.

After i finished the 3 exercises i just lay down for around 3 mins i could feel my energy shooting through the roof. Before i could get up i had recovered my full energy.These 3 exercises consitute my routine for hatha yoga which i do everyday, yet i never imagined it was such an energy booster
