I used to dream whenever I meditate for a certain amount of time. This gave me the power to interpret dreams because I would do a ritual with demons, then meditate and dream and it was easy to pinpoint where the demon was in the dream and what it meant. Also what your doing in the dream, and how it relates to the content of the dream is important, sometimes your actions in a dream a good reflection of natural instincts.
