I'm in also, I'm west coast, California so what time shall I sync to?

Ok, Im no expert with time zones, but im in th UK. Now I think east
coast is 5 hours behind, then 6,7 & 8 to west coast USA.
This needs to incorporate all of us, so:

In the UK we can run at 3am (Iknow people have work so we need to
look at nubers of objections).
This would give the east coast 10pm, through to the west coast at 7pm
(I know this is quite early, but we need to fit everyone in).

Any alterior suggestions welcomed, but I think at glance this is the
best way to do it. I think most of Europe can work around this to.

I would suggest also it would be worth while at this point to start
reading through the information on:

I think the best way to do it is by majority. Everyone says their time
zone and then we select an hour from that time zone that fits everyone.

Eastern Time (Us and Canada) GMT -5 here.
