Random letters

I've been seeing random latters around the place like in a refleton or sum posters with the shape of (spaces of the posters) in a letter so I started to write them down and this is wat I got so far

H-E-W-P.

I'm thinking tht my guardin demon is tryin to tell me it's name plz I need sum insight if anyone can help me

Maybe you could try using a ouija board, if your gd is trying to contact you it could make things much easier

I have been using the Ouija board and I seem to jst get random letters instead of full sentences. Any suggestions?
