If you notice the combination, then you'll realize the colors of the rainbow are in order with the colors of chakras from base to crown, and there are 7 colors, 7 chakras (main).

Red - Base/Muladhara
Orange - Sacral/Svadhistana
Yellow - Solar/Manipura
Green - Heart/Anahata
Blue - Throat/Vishuddi
Indigo - Ajna
Violet - Crown

I got this intention of searching for because a shopkeeper from university once told me he meditated on candle flame but nothing happened to him, then I went on comparing Sun's combination with Candle flame (One of the mahavtar babaji's video has instructions to watch the candle flame and visualize that flame in whole body while inhaling) - The believe that shopkeeper didn't know this, He was most likely just looking at it.

Then I was showed result sun has all colors of a rainbow, so i went on searching the order in which Rainbow is, and to my surprise it's from Base to Crown in Order.
