It's not up to HPHC to choose when what ritual we are going to be doing, as I know Azazel gives the schedules

It was more rhetorical and out of frustration. I know it will come when it comes and at the decree of the gods. Thanks Serbon, and I love the new Library you have my gratitude.

This is only emotional judgement that comes out of our frustration. In reality, we are being persecuted for about many thousands years time now and have survived for all these years, and will for many more, no matter what.

All of what you see around you is something that has played for centuries, it's just that now news makes it known to us.

Frequently I have reiterated to Azazel how angering the situation is, and how unjustified. For example, now even his Ritual should be out [according to me] but according to Him, it should not be out yet. He has the perfect timing for everything, without which, all falls in vain.

The Next Race Ritual might take about mid summer or earlier.

Regardless, any Ritual against the enemy, does fix out the above problems. The enemy has caused this in all turns anyway.
