Questions Regarding Reincarnation

This is in relation to another issue that has been on my mind. So answers to this will help. Do we reincarnate through descendancy or is another genetically similar fetus found? By genetically similar I mean same race, gender etc. In either case descendancy, a great great grandchild after you've died perse, would make sense to me because it'd be the closest thing to your last body right? I suppose, is it either or both? Or am I wrong about it completely? Can someone provide me with a thorough talk on the process of reincarnation?

A person who was born in Germany will always be able to reincarnate in his own family line in Germany, etc. This is not always the case, but it can be so. Then at some point his family decides to mix and give birth to mulatto children. So he will not be able to beget white bodies for white souls. Consequently someone who could have been reincarnated in that same family line will perhaps be reincarnated in Italy. This happens because the astrological birth chart is not a lottery. What you are today is a continuation of what you were in your last life, the ways you worked on your soul, the problems you did not solve, how you behaved and the traumas you had. The new birth chart is a direct consequence of what you have done up to that point.
