Questions about "opening third eye" meditation

I have questions about this meditation.

"Release your breath slowly through your mouth and vibrate:
TH-TH-TH-TH-OH-OH-OH-TH-TH-TH in one long exhale (vibrate the sound one time per exhale, as with the Yogic "humming breath").

Now this is important. Keep the TH and OH sounding at the same time. You should be making the TH sound all throughout the exhale. "

Am i say 4 TH, 3 OH, 3 TH when i'm exhaling my breath ?

and, how can i keep TH and OH sound at same time ? Is there any record for listen it ?

One of our very trusted clergy H P Mac Friday,has a recording of it but its under his other name.But I can't think of what it is,but I am sure on of our other long time members will remember.Or you can order the openings CD like I did from the oneline store.You would be very happy with anything you would order form there,I know that I am.

I did stumble upon a post with either the link to the mp3 file with a Thoth vibration in it (among other things) or maybe it was that the file was attached to the post itself...Darn, sorry but I can't remember now... I know though that I've seen it not so long ago (this week, no further than last weekend).Sorry couldn't have been more of a help... maybe try digging through the last posts until you find it. Hail Satan and all the true Gods!

As weird as it sounds I did the vibrations in my head for my chakra opening meditations (my christian gp's wouldn't exactly understand why I'm chanting a "pagan" gods name ect.) and I have no problem with my chakras, idk it might be one of those things thats different for everyone
