Questions about heightened sensitivity to noise and food

In the past week and a half, I noticed that whenever there is loud noises nearby, or a sudden unexpected loud noise,
my astral body actually feels the waves and vibrations. I see it too. Sometimes it physically hurts a bit.

Also, I used to be able to eat spicy foods, no problem.
Now, whenever I have something spicy, my physical body actually shudders, as the flavours run through my mouth and down my throat.
I feel some kind of weird "rush" through my head and body, which is neither plesant, nor unpleasant. I actually have to close my eyes and let this "rush/wave" ride me, until it settles.

I don't know if this is normal, has this happened to anyone else?

What is happening to me?
