Question...Opening the 3rd CHAKRA

Hi brothers and sisters,
The other day I fund this via differents links of JoS.

This link takes y,ou to a 15' exersise and guaranteed to open our third chakra within a week of listening.
I have been using this method for the past 3 days and my wife 1 but both of us always finish with a huge headache...
QUESTION IS:
Is this headache normal or should we stop?
If its normal, how long these headache are going to stay?
Can we do something different to avoid that?
