question about Library of Thoth Russian-language section

I can see that the russian part of library looks creepy-ugly, impossible to use.

Some links lead to documents in English, some to nowhere/broken links. Can I edit the html file, write it in Russian, insert working links? I asked Edward Lonza about this, and he said he couldn't influence the Russian-language section of the Toth library on this site, so I came here to you.
