A long time ago I started seeing colored dots ( blue, white and red, the one I see most is blue, red I've only seen once and white is not as frequent as blue )
Is it something to do with the third eye or clairvoyance?
( I dont have any vision problems)

This is very vague.

Seeing the dots could be a visual effect, due hai phosphenes, due hai physical stimuli of the eyes during the day.

See how this develops, usually the opening of the third eye, when you close your eyes, a "dark red light" appears in the dark, gradually the eye opens, and is literally visible. The eye is white in color and is perfectly distinguishable given the background that remains dark, this may be accompanied with other "details," which are indicators of the process of its opening.

However, this is not the rule; variations in the process may occur. Keep in mind that its total opening comes true only, completely with the rise of the Serpent.
