Yes! Munka is good for changing mind patterns and fixing emotional issues, that are trauma consequences.
I am using since long time, effects are slow to come, but it definitely works. A bit of caution is needed because some said on here, it may lead some traumas to surface during the spell, while healing them, so just be prepared. I found this happens, quite rarely and to a low degree in my personal case.
