Gradually reduce fiber till you have zero, drink a lot of water to soften the stool. Eat a lot of fat.
For a longterm solution as Seeker in the Dark mentioned to drink plenty of water but is very important to drink at least 1 glass straight after you eat, after every meal. Not only that this will clean your mouth from any small bits of food stuck between teeth (unless you brush your teeth after every meal), but drinking plenty of water right after you eat will soften the stool most of the time irrespective of what you eat. This is a general advice and not something to help you to this specific situation as it seems to be a more serious issue that you need to seek professional advice as Potestas suggested.
