It is advisable to do FRTR every day.

As HPS Maxine wrote earlier, if you don't have much free time, you can pronounce each letter (before crossing it out) not 9 times, but once.

If you are short on time you can do it only on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

It is advisable, but if you don't have much time and want to do God rituals, you can do the God rituals instead, and do the RTR when you can.
