The modern world gives seemingly freedom, if earlier a man was born in a lower caste, he knew it well, he knew that he would never live in that castle over there, eat from a golden saucer, no one ever told him that there was a POSSIBILITY for it to be in his life, his destiny was land work, plow, cattle - he was happy at his level. The modern world is full of “Possibilities” from every crevice you can see how people bathe in luxury, live in haromas, with the souls of beggars and stupid people. From every iron you can hear that you can improve your life, that everyone has a chance.


But people are not equal, and people's chances are NOT equal.


Now the actual question - with the help of magic it is still possible to raise yourself literally from the lowest strata of social existence to the highest? After all, everything in this life is chance, it is not excluded just acquaintance, love or some other happy accident that will help you.

Or is it worth living within the limits in which you are allocated just enjoying what you have and doing what is possible?

Magic is only supplemental to life, it aids your actions on the physical plane of reality. You can drastically change anything with magic, but physical action is a must to make the changes manifest. You will still need to look for opportunities and capitalize on them, not just raise some energy at home and think you're doing something.

This depends on the goal at hand. Internal changes at most require action at the mental level (aside from the magick), and external changes require physical action as you said. As a practical example, one might change how they perceive outside world as a consequence of some appliance of magick, yet all that was done was energy raised and the will to change something.
