Question #5238: Loki

Lak/Laki/Loki/Lake/Laguz is the Rune of Loki. Laguz symbolizes the Source of Sacred Waters (Lak, Lac). Lak is the flow of Kundalini Energies going up the spine.

Loki's Realm is ruled by the same as Hel. In ancient Germanic society, the term «Hel» means «Holy Land»/«Sacred Kingdom». Therefore, Loki's Kingdom is the Muladhara Chakra associated with the Earth Element, the World Axis, the Area of Kundalini concentration. There is a legend that the God Freyr must spend 9 nights on the Tree, marry the Goddess Hel and attain Enlightenment. Obviously, this is an allegory and it shows the Unity of Shiva and Shakti. Rune Lac, Laguz is the Rune given to the Sacred Temple Hof (Heathen Hof), built on Sacred Pagan land. The Sacred ground is Hel.

The destructive aspect of Loki during Ragnarok is very similar to the story of Rudra in the East, who destroys the World, giving it a new beginning. Loki destroys the «Corrupted» and «Superior» World of Sansara to transform into a new perfect World. Ragnarok is a detailed process of all stages of Kundalini rising and Soul Purification. The World is a symbol of the Body and the Elements coming together in various Bodies that energetically complement each other, also this term refers to Chakras. Loki is then the Fire Serpent transforming the Elements into an Elevated State.

Rudra is one of the Divine forms of Shiva. His Power is the Lakini-Shakti. Ni/Mi refers to the Energy of Shakti. This is why Loki is depicted as the Fire God «wrapped» around a tree in the form of a Serpent. Because the tree is the Map of the Soul, the spinal column, and the Serpent around it is the Power of Kundalini and a symbol of Enlightenment and Immortality.

Loki in other Sagas is the twin brother of Odin (Wotan). Loki is Shiva and the Power of Odin (Wotan). Hence, Loki is an emanation of Father Satan.

You say this, but HPHC had the following to say about this.

We have to state here that Set is also parallel with Loki in Norse mythology, and that He is the master of darkness and the serpent power. That's very important to write here in case anyone has been wondering. Satan is parallel with Odin in Norse Mythology.

Our Gods assume these roles to teach us about the universe, and to give us the incentive and guidance to tap into their powers to grow ourselves to become like them. May the Gods see to it that we are always able to do and manifest more.

Thank you for the kind words about the JoS first and foremost, but also for myself. It means a lot to hear a good word and some feedback.

I reassure everyone: That's only the beginning.

May everyone enjoy this Ritual!

Yes, thank you for the important addition to my post. It's true.

Although it does not contradict what I wrote for the reasons described in the post itself. The same Deity can express different Powers and aspects of many Gods. Spiritual allegories are always very layered. There are also references to Set/Seth being Satan (SAT). Not literalness. Although it is one of Satan's 7 sons. This is understandable and also has parallels between the images of Satan and Loki. I want to make some clarifications on this subject that have been revealed to me while researching this topic.

Let's start with the fact that SAT or SET means «Truth», means «God» and in hebrew Kabbalah, which is hidden from the masses, means «Infinite Light». Satan still technically means «Truth» but if you break that name down into two, as above, it shows the real nature of Satan as a Being.

Further, going deeper, in the early dynasties of Egypt SAT or SATA is Satan who is the King of all Gods. As we know in Sanskrit SATA is also written as Satan, the name of the Supreme God and also called the Savior of the Gods. Similar was the case in ancient Egypt. Sometimes in other records SATA is related to SET (God known as Seth, Sutekh, Sitri). Seth is shown as the Force that guards Ra's ship from Apep (Apop). Which allows the Energy to flow through the Soul. Many authors try to compare Seth to Apep. Some authors try to argue that Seth was turned into an evil Deity later in the Greek and Roman period but we have a depiction of SETA being worshipped in many Mystery Schools in those times. Apep (Apop) is simply a symbol of the Soul in a state of Entropy, and SAT or SET is the manifested Force that opens the Soul and liberates it from that state. SAT or SET are symbolically shown as ghosts symbolizing their Divine Spiritual Power. The Egyptians depicted perfect humans as having the head of Set and Horus (God known as Gor, Purson) on several Sides. It looks like Janus. This is because Seth and Gor are depicted in Egyptian frescoes as the Moon and Sun Channels standing on either side of the Tet column (the spine or Central Channel of the Sushumna). Set and Gor are symbolic of the Left and Right Sides of the fully opened brain and the ascended Serpent. The struggle between Set and Gor is the Adept's effort to merge the Energy into the Central Channel. Now I think you detected very striking parallels between both of his Emanations reducing to each other.

This is not surprising, Satan has so many emanations and aspects expressed through different allegorical images in Mythology.

Al Jilwah: Chapter IV

"It is my desire that all my followers unite in a bond of unity, lest those who are without prevail against them." - Satan
