Question #5204: Methods of vibrating words of power

I have a few questions about vibrating words of power and runes, or to be more exact I'd like to know how can I vibrate it correctly. So far I vibrated them the exact same way as it is shown in the chakra opening mp3 files, vibrating letter by letter and pronuncing everything. For example if I clean my aura it'II sound like very big exhale - "RRRR-AAAAHHHH-UUUU-MMMMM" - and extending every letter as much as I can. Then rinse and repeat. I do the same for every type of words/runes, going letter by letter, elongating the sounds as much as I comfortably can. For example I do my AoP by vibrating "AAAAHHHH-LLLL-GGGG-IIII-SSSS", pronuncing and elongating every letter as much as I can. My problem is that because of this any type of magical working or ritual takes a very long time to complete. For example a God's Ritual takes about 40-50 mins on avarage, or even more. I've read that it can be completed by 20 minutes or so, if someone is "shortening the vibrations". Does this mean that simply saying the words out loud is just as valid as going letter by letter? I'm not a native speaker, so it's hard to explain myself, but I'II try. So, in the Final RTR mp3 file the words are not vibrated letter by letter, but said out loud in a calm but firm and confident voice. The tone remains more of a speaking/talking tone. Can I use the same technic to vibrate other things as well, like during workings and rituals? Taking the already mentioned example can I just say out loud "Raum" or "Algis" in a talking tone and voice, instead of pronuncing and vibrating it letter by letter? Does this still valid? I'm still confused about the correct ways of vibrating, and I saw people talking about shortening the vibrations, but I have no idea what that means exactly, I just guessed something.
If it's possible could someone explain it to me the same way you would do to like a 8 years old?

You don't need to extend every letter as much as you can on a full breath. The MP3's are just to demonstrate each individual sound, the actual vibration is much shorter. Just saying the word doesn't work, you need to vibrate it. If you want to get technical, the rituals are intended to take about 2 minutes to vibrate each set of 30 runes. So it's about 4 seconds per vibration. Practice holding each letter of the vibration for a shortened period of time, like 0.5 seconds and move onto the next one.

Elsewhere (I think HPS Maxine) said dragging out the sound/letter actually strengthens the power of the vibration? Although it wasn't necessary? And the same with vibrating with a louder volume.

Is there not a significant difference?

There is more power in that, it's up to the individual person to decide how they want to perform their rituals. The instructions for the rituals state to vibrate the runes in a short form, probably because most people find it difficult to spend an hour on a ritual like that and/or can't handle the kind of energy.
