Hello, Since I performed the Third Eye opening about a year and a half ago I have been feeling the pressure constantly and I don't know when it will go away. Please, I would like you to suggest what I can do as this pressure is a distractor for me. Thank you in advance. Have a nice day.

I recommend that you continue meditating on the third eye, and also recommend that you clean your sixth chakra and the third eye, which is its continuation.

If you feel a pain in your head that bothers you, then it may not be related to your chakras, perhaps the reason lies in your health.
