There are still many Persian white girls with blue eyes, but the same can not be said for Indian women. Therefore, they are incompatible.

What about the other 60% of Iranians? Such as those more closer to the border or who migrated inbetween (e.g., Sherlyn Chopra).

Many North Indians also have coloured eyes, and are white skinned, although they do not share the same phenotype. Are the "similar looking one's" compatible?

I'd say most likely yes.
