Would you use black magic on someone if you told the person astrological times on when to bet, the person won about 2000 dollars, I only asked about 50 cause the person was my best friend, the person didnt want to give me anything I asked for but only a pittance. If you were me what would you do?

Leave it alone. You could have made the bet if you wanted to, and you didn't. If you want to do a working, a better working would be a blessing to nicely inspire him to agree to give you the $50.
