In Mein Kampf, Hitler say's it's necessary to expand one's territory once the population growth is at a certain point, because of the extra resources needed to accomodate this said growth. And that war is usually the next best course of action, rather than "man-made economic solutions" which perpetuate the existence of the dregs of society, rather than letting them go extinct on the basis of Natural Law.
The average member of society must be as strong, fit and intelligent as possible in order to both evolve the nation and protect itself as well as maximise the efficient utilisation of limited resources, which must go towards the best genetic offspring; ergo cultivating perpetual forward growth and motion.
However, I'm sure there are ethics and principles of war which are used to mitigate abuse and/or the excessive use of force. And by the looks of it, the above view only extends as far as obtaining European territory goes and perhaps other white nations.
In a non-Satanic world, or in Jew Heaven, you have concepts such as "colonisation" which would not exist otherwise.
