how do you know which body type is best for you? some people look better with a little more weight and others less, I'm not talking about unhealthy shape. And all of this, of course, in a healthy way. I could even say that the best would be the one we prefer, but there are some, as I said, that aren't healthy at all.

We can't change our body type, and the weight that best suits us is not based on looks, but on being healthy, which means a low amount of visceral fat accompanied by some amount of muscle toning.
