Question #4076: affirmation after vibration squares

the jos website states that after doing the vibrations, state an affirmation. Is this after doing like for example 6 mars squares for the day, then doing an affirmation or for the 6 vibrations, each has an affirmation? Im doing the former, am i wrong?

No, you're doing it the right way. You must first complete all the vibration reps and then affirm as many times as you wish, regardless of the number of vibration reps.

If one part of the Square says 6 that day, you do 6 vibrations.

The affirmations are to be a consistent number throughout. So after you do the 6 vibrations, you stick to whatever number of affirmations you choose from the beginning. If you chose 10 affirmations, you do that.

The next day it would be 23 vibrations, but you still do 10 affirmations as the same amount of affirmations creates a stacking effect. Does this make sense?
