Question #4001: Overwhelmed by so many meditations being a newbie

I am really overwhelmed by so many meditations given in the main JoS website.There are so many meditations given under beginner, intermediate, advanced.How can one do all the meditations given under each section everyday ???If one does all meditations it would take even a whole day everyday ..So how exactly should one allocate time for those many meditations ?

You can start with the 40-day meditation program, you don't have to do every meditation there every day.

In addition to the above, you can additionally choose the most necessary meditations and rituals for you, such as money rituals/meditations, or to improve your health.

You don't have to do all the meditations at once, you have to use common sense.

In addition to the 40-day meditation program, I recommend that you create a personal plan of additional meditations that you can use to bring money, health, or love, depending on what you need at the moment.
