I don't want to post this on my private account because it's personal but I have a Yang deficiency. I have too much yin. I'm learning the effects yin and yang have on our bodies recently. I'm so used to eating yin foods, it's caused a lot of weight gain. I'm wondering what are some good yang workouts and yang foods I can have? I'm asking here because I don't trust looking it up on Joogle Chrome. I'm trying to get back into yoga, I'm overweight so it's difficult though I need to find easy stretches and workouts that are going to help me as my body adjusts to exercise again as well.
