After chakra alignment, I connect my 7 chakras with a golden light, starting from the root chakra to the crown chakra.
When I do this I feel dizzy, even with my eyes closed. Also my perception of imagery changes. For example, I feel extremely big inside my body, like my body is compressing the whole room or something like that, it's very difficult to describe but it's not unusual.
After this feeling comes, I focus on this feeling for a few minutes and after a while it goes away. Everything goes back to normal.
What could this be?
