Hello. Please tell me what I should do.
I used to be ENTIRELY self-schooled and homeschooled (due to heart health). But last year, my parents and I were forced to switch to online (lessons are conducted via video calls). The result is that I don’t get enough sleep at all... Last year I was even more or less able to cope (although on New Year’s Eve I started getting dizzy at night), but this year I’m no longer able to... My body is already at its limit. Apparently, I started to experience emotional burnout; I can’t do my favorite activities again, because I don’t know what I can do (for example, I love to draw, but now, even when I want to draw, I don’t know what I can draw). From time to time I stop distinguishing between a dream and reality (when I wake up, it begins to seem as if the dream is reality, and reality is a dream.). Tell me, is there anything that can be done to at least improve the situation? Sometimes I start to feel like I'm going to die soon at this rate...
Thank you.
