When you are using red or black candles (since it is extremely rare in my place ),when I get those candles and after performing the destruction ritual,after 10-15 minutes,can I extinguish the candle and use the same candle for ritual next day also or should I use new candles everytime for the ritual

In my area it is extremely hard to find these two colors ..These two candles are almost nil in my area ..So can I paint black color or red color using black or red paint and paint it on WHITE color candle and use this painted candle for destruction ritual
