1. if I can't vibrate loudly for a particular work (e.g. personal work with runes, or in a JoS ritual schedule] because I'm not alone, but I can definitely I want to do a ritual, can I vibrate the runes or mantras in my head in such a case? this would not always be the case, only if I am not alone, and I definitely want to do the Ritual.

2. if I want to contact a Demon, can I do it at any time? There are certain dates set out for Demons, for example from 5 march to 25 march only [in the JoS site, Demons sections]. can I contact him/her only on these dates? can I not contact him/her after that, for example in july?

3. I often feel a strange sensation in my Kundalini after yoga and meditation. It feels nice, like my whole body is glowing, and I feel a bit excited when I concentrate there, it's a bit tense, but it's very pleasant. what does that mean?

A1. Yes (way less effective), but the person could see what you see.
A2. Normaly you can contact a demon at any time, some are day, some night demons, so they maybe better contacted at day or night.
A3. It's a good sign you can take your time after yoga meditation and concentrate on this feeling for a few minutes, after yoga you can also do a positive affirmation to guide this energy.
