Whenever I see fire like fire in a lamp being lit,I am super afraid ,it is like I am super afraid I will burn my body parts accidently in it ..why do I have such a weird phobia of fire ..How to get rid of this

You might have been hurt by fire in a previous lifetime.

You could get a small lighter, and practice holding it with the little flame. And you will see that you are okay and not being harmed by holding this flame. Then you can get used to it and not be afraid.
