Question #2962: retrograde saturn in natal chart

my personal enemy has retrograde saturn in his natal chart and his saturn is exactly in his ascendant ..(1st house),since I came to knew his natal chart only a month back and saturn is retrograde only till november 4 ,I did revenge spell on waning moon on saturday during the hour of saturn ..But I came to know that moon must not be in cancer or libra for spell to succeed ..But that day when i did revenge spell ,the waning moon was on cancer ..so does it mean my revenge spell wont succeed despite of doing on saturday during saturn hour
