Question #2919: Is it possible to learn to control CHI/Prana/Energy ? If so how can I learn to do it?

Sometimes when I meditate or do yoga I feel the energy/bioelectricity but I'm wondering if I can control it.

Both are excellent. Learning how to direct energy is extremely important, and I feel this is a little bit underrated by some members here. I rarely read questions like this one. I often read question about empowerment, cleaning, yoga and so on.

Learning how to direct energy at a high level will make everything else that you do much more powerful. This includes cleaning, healing, removing blocks, telekinesis and many other things. It will be extremely important when you will work with the elements as well.
